Solid State Hard Drives Better And Faster. They Available For Desktop Computers And Many Laptops Have Them.

Solid state hard drives are much faster than traditional hard drives because they lack any moving parts; thus storage access speeds are much faster than traditional drives. Moreover, they consume less power and are quieter as they do not contain any spinning disks. They are certainly available for desktops, both as soldered versions and as replaceable, and upgradable, option in many models. Moreover, laptop manufacturers have now begun to widely incorporate this kind of storage in their devices. The leading brand Google Chromebooks offer solid state storage for all its devices. Other big brands such as Lenovo, Dell, HP, and Apple also have a good diversity of laptop models that incorporate solid state storage technology - e.g. the HP Spectre x360, Dell XPS 15 or Macbook Pro.

USB: A Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable is a type of technology used to connect electronic devices together. It is a widely used cable which has the convenience of being both a power connector as well as a data connection. USB cables have been designed to be backwards compatible and have a wide variety of ports and ends to suit all sorts of devices. C:A -C- type connector is most commonly used to connect larger devices such as tablets, TVs, monitors, projectors or external storage devices. These cables are high speed cables designed to support data transfers up to 10 gigabits per second. They have a wedge shape end to prevent them from being accidentally pulled out and feature connection pins that can support HDMI, whatever that can accept up to 4K resolution if the device end also supports it. Phone: A phone cable is the classic way of connecting landline or payphones together. Here's How You Use Excel To Balance Household Budgets

Creating a household budget in Excel requires organization. First, organize your expenses into categories such as rent, food, utilities, transportation, and discretionary spending. Assign a dollar value to each category and total them to get your grand total for spending. Next, enter your income numbers as predicted and total them. Then compare your totals for spending and income. If your income is greater than your expenses, add the spare funds to a savings account or other investment. If your expenses is greater than your income, it is useful to use budget tracking tools such as an automatic transfer into a savings account So that you have cushion when you dip into it. Begin by identifying exactly what expenses you want to reduce or where you can make adjustments. Finally, organize your budget by assigning specific columns for categories, balance or accumulated totaling, dates and payments for missed payments. Formatting the document can make information easier to read and budget tracking easier to follow, as most of these functions can be automated within Excel. Color coordinating your budget sheet as managed or unmanaged amounts helped to see if Total Income is Exceeding or Falling Below the Total Expenses.

How To Make The Best Hummus.

How to Make the Best Hummus 1) Mushy chickpeas Cook canned or leftover cooked chickpeas according to step 1 below. This only adds 20 minutes to your hummus-making time, and it-s my number one tip for making perfect hummus at home. Want to cook your chickpeas from scratch- You sure can-see the recipe notes. Can you over-cook your chickpeas in an Instant Pot- I don-t recommend it-you-ll end up with a mess of chickpea mash clogging your vent and a puddle of chickpea cooking water surrounding your Instant Pot. I speak from experience. 2) Great tahini All tahini is not created equally. When I was in Israel, Israelis-s spoke of tahini, or -t-hina,- with reverence. I learned that the best tahini comes from Ethiopia. Store-bought tahini in the U.S. varies widely in flavor, with some of them so bad that they-ve ruined my hummus. My favorite brands of tahini- I had to try Solomonov-s favorite, Soom. I found it on Amazon (affiliate link) and I have to say that it is worth it. Second favorite- Trader Joe-s organic tahini, which is made from Ethiopian sesame seeds like Soom-s. Whole Foods 365 used to be my go-to, but I encountered a few bad jars that tasted so bad, I-m afraid to try again. Don-t skimp on the tahini, either-you need to use 1/2 cup tahini per can of chickpeas for rich and irresistible hummus. I once toured an enormous hummus production facility and learned that they often reduce the cost of producing store-bought hummus by using less tahini. Sneaky! 3) Ice-cold water Why do you always want to mix ice-cold water with tahini- This is another trick that I learned on my trip. I can-t find a scientific explanation, but it seems to help make the hummus light and fluffy, and lightens the color of the tahini to a pale ivory color. 4) Fresh-squeezed lemon juice Store-bought lemon juice always tastes stale and sad, and it will make your hummus taste stale and sad. Buy lemons and your humus will taste fresh and delicious. I almost always add another tablespoon of lemon juice to my hummus for extra flavor before I plate it, but I-ll leave the tang factor up to you. 5) Garlic, mellowed in lemon juice This is another trick from Solomonov-if you mince the garlic in the food processor or blender with the lemon juice and let that mixture rest for a few minutes, the garlic will lose its harsh, raw bite and mellow out. I tried it before and after, and he-s right! Here-s Serious Eats- scientific explanation for why this works. 6) Olive oil, blended into the hummus and drizzled on top Solomonov doesn-t blend any olive oil into his hummus, but I think that one tablespoon makes the hummus taste even more luxurious and creamy. I recommend it! 7) Ground cumin The cumin is subtle and offers some -Je ne sais quoi,- if you will. It-s a common ingredient in plain hummus recipes, and makes the hummus taste a little more special. Learn how to make the best homemade hummus! It-s creamy, dreamy and light. This hummus recipe is easy to make-no peeling chickpeas or overnight soak required. Recipe yields about 2 cups. SCALE1X2X3X INGREDIENTS - 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, rinsed and drained, or 1 - cups cooked chickpeas - - teaspoon baking soda (if you-re using canned chickpeas) - - cup lemon juice (from 1 - to 2 lemons), more to taste - 1 medium-to-large clove garlic, roughly chopped - - teaspoon fine sea salt, to taste - - cup tahini - 2 to 4 tablespoons ice water, more as needed - - teaspoon ground cumin - 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil - Any of the following garnishes: drizzle of olive oil or zhoug sauce, sprinkle of ground sumac or paprika, chopped fresh parsley INSTRUCTIONS 1. Place the chickpeas in a medium saucepan and add the baking soda. Cover the chickpeas by several inches of water, then bring the mixture to a boil over high heat. Continue boiling, reducing heat if necessary to prevent overflow, for about 20 minutes, or until the chickpeas look bloated, their skins are falling off, and they-re quite soft. In a fine-mesh strainer, drain the chickpeas and run cool water over them for about 30 seconds. Set aside (no need to peel the chickpeas for this recipe!). 2. Meanwhile, in a food processor or high-powered blender, combine the lemon juice, garlic and salt. Process until the garlic is very finely chopped, then let the mixture rest so the garlic flavor can mellow, ideally 10 minutes or longer. 3. Add the tahini to the food processor and blend until the mixture is thick and creamy, stopping to scrape down any tahini stuck to the sides and bottom of the processor as necessary. 4. While running the food processor, drizzle in 2 tablespoons ice water. Scrape down the food processor, and blend until the mixture is ultra smooth, pale and creamy. (If your tahini was extra-thick to begin with, you might need to add 1 to 2 tablespoons more ice water.) 5. Add the cumin and the drained, over-cooked chickpeas to the food processor. While blending, drizzle in the olive oil. Blend until the mixture is super smooth, scraping down the sides of the processor as necessary, about 2 minutes. Add more ice water by the tablespoon if necessary to achieve a super creamy texture. 6. Taste, and adjust as necessary-I almost always add another - teaspoon salt for more overall flavor and another tablespoon of lemon juice for extra zing. 7. Scrape the hummus into a serving bowl or platter, and use a spoon to create nice swooshes on top. Top with garnishes of your choice, and serve. Leftover hummus keeps well in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 1 week. NOTES Recipe adapted from Michael Solomonov, via The New York Times and Bon Appetit, and Yotam Ottolenghi. HOW TO COOK DRY CHICKPEAS IN A HURRY FOR THIS RECIPE: In a large saucepan, combine 5 ounces (- cup) dried chickpeas and - teaspoon baking soda, and fill the pot with water. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat and skim off the surface foam as needed. Continue boiling over medium-high, adding more water if you start running out, until the chickpeas are very mushy and falling apart, about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. Drain in a fine-mesh colander, rinse under cool running water, and drain well before using. Start the recipe at step 2.

Here Are Benefits Of Peroxide Vs. Bleach For Many Uses.

This was written In Indiana (a doctor's wife), and I want to share it with you. She was over recently for coffee and smelled the bleach I was using to clean my toilet and counter tops. This is what she told me: "I would like to tell you of the benefits of that plain little ole bottle of 3% peroxide you can get for under $1.00 at any drug store. What does bleach cost- My husband has been in the medical field for over 36 years, and most doctors don't tell you about peroxide. "Have you ever smelled bleach in a doctor's office- NO!!! Why- Because it smells, and it is not healthy! Ask the nurses who work in the doctor's offices, and ask them if they use bleach at home. They are wiser and know better! "Did you also know bleach was invented in the late 40's- It's Chlorine, folks! And it was used to kill our troops. "Peroxide was invented during WWI. It was used to save and help cleanse the needs of our troops and hospitals... Please think about this: 1. Take one capful (the little white cap that comes with the bottle) and hold in your mouth for 10 minutes daily, then spit it out. (I do it when I bathe.) No more canker sores, and your teeth will be whiter without expensive pastes. Use it instead of mouthwash... 2. Let your toothbrushes soak in a cup of peroxide to keep them free of germs. 3. Clean your counters and table tops with peroxide to kill germs and leave a fresh smell. Simply put a little on your dishrag when you wipe down your countertops, or spray it on the counters directly.. 4 After rinsing off your wooden cutting board, pour peroxide on it to Kill salmonella and other bacteria. 5. I had fungus on my feet for years until I sprayed a 50/50 mixture of Peroxide and water on them (especially the toes) every night and let dry.. 6. Soak any infections or cuts in 3% peroxide for five to ten minutes several times a day. My husband has seen gangrene that would not heal with any medicine but was healed by soaking in peroxide. 7. Fill a spray bottle with a 50/50 mixture of peroxide and water and keep it in every bathroom to disinfect without harming your septic system like bleach or most other disinfectants will. 8. Tilt your head back and spray into nostrils with your 50/50 mixture whenever you have a cold, plugged sinus. It will bubble and help to kill the bacteria.. Hold for a few minutes, and then blow your nose into a tissue. 9 If you have a terrible toothache and cannot get to a dentist right away, put a capful of 3% peroxide into your mouth and hold it for ten minutes several times a day. The pain will lessen greatly. 10. Put half a bottle of peroxide into your bathwater to help rid boils, fungus, or other skin infections. 11 You can also add a cup of peroxide instead of bleach to a load of whites in your laundry to whiten them. If there is blood on clothing, pour it directly on the soiled spot. Let it sit for a minute, then rub it and rinse with cold water. Repeat if necessary. 12. I use peroxide to clean my mirrors. There is no smearing, which is why I love it so much for this. "I could go on and on. It is a little brown bottle no home should be without! "With prices of most necessities rising, I'm glad there's a way to save tons of money in such a simple, healthy manner!" I hope you gain something from it, too.

Here's A Diet That Can Cure Every Disease.

Follow this diet and the results wil be amazing.

This Is The Proper Way To Eat Fruit.

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and when to eat. What is the correct way of eating fruits- IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! * FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities. FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so. In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.... So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! You have heard people complaining - every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc - actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat! Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyesall these will NOT happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach. There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight. When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins. But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look! KIWI: Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber. Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange. APPLE: An apple a day keeps the doctor away- Although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke. STRAWBERRY: Protective Fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits & protect the body from cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging free radicals. ORANGE : Sweetest medicine. Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer. WATERMELON: Coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene - the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are vitamin C & Potassium. GUAVA & PAPAYA: Top awards for vitamin C. They are the clear winners for their high vitamin C content.. Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene; this is good for your eyes. Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer! Can u believe this-- For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal. A serious note about heart attacks HEART ATTACK PROCEDURE': (THIS IS NOT A JOKE!) Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line. You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. Sixty percent of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know the better chance we could survive. A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this mail sends it to 10 people, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life.
